Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering minimum required.
10–20 years of relevant experience in industrial or power generation.
Ability to lead teams and train engineers as needed.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills across departments.

Responsibilities

Develops and checks less experienced engineers to solve design issues.
Reviews and corrects the work of engineers and designers for projects.
Leads projects and teams to meet budget and schedule.
Interacts with other groups to find best solutions to complex issues.
Plans work independently and consults others on technical details.
