This role involves managing multi-discipline teams, preparing project documents, and mentoring staff. Candidates must possess a PE License and significant experience in structural design within the water resources field. Qualifications

• 15 years+ of experience in structural design, preferably in water resource projects.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• PE License is required; SE License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of complete project documents from design to construction.
• Evaluate and apply advanced structural design techniques to projects.
• Effectively manage multi-discipline teams and assign tasks.
