The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of water resources experience, provide exceptional service, and mentor team members. Responsibilities include managing project documents, overseeing multi-discipline teams, and maintaining client relationships. The compensation package offers a pay range of $118,000 to $180,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; SE License preferred.
• 15 years of structural design experience in water resource-related work.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of complete project documents from design to construction.
• Manage multi-discipline teams and evaluate design methodologies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and prepare project scopes.
