Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 in structural engineering for facilities.
• Experience in providing structural analysis for designs on complex projects.
• Experience in preparing work drawings and technical specifications for structural portions of construction projects.
• Experience in managing projects from cradle to grave within budget, schedule and quality standards.

• Providing structural engineering analysis and expertise for designs on a wide range of complex projects on new and existing facilities
• Preparing work drawings and technical specifications for the structural portion on construction projects
• Performing field investigations to verify and document existing conditions as a basis for the design for new/existing projects
• Providing technical specifications and assisting with detailed labor and material cost estimates for use in obtaining project funding for bid evaluation
• Managing assigned projects from cradle to grave for adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
