Qualifications

10+ years of structural engineering experience in large mechanical/industrial structures.
Active PE license in the appropriate state with structural emphasis.
Experience in regulated/defense-related environments and shipbuilding or power facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide structural engineering leadership and technical guidance to a multi-disciplinary team.
Review and approve structural designs for complex systems and supports.
Collaborate with manufacturing, integration, and installation teams across the project lifecycle.
Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering decisions during fabrication and commissioning.
Mentor engineering personnel in a matrixed environment without direct supervisory duties.
