Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a strong background in structural design for nuclear, conventional power, or industrial facilities. The role involves leading project teams, applying advanced FE methods, and delivering safe, code-compliant designs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required. Master’s preferred.
• PE registration in at least one state is required or in process.
• 12–15 years of structural design experience in nuclear, conventional power or industrial buildings.
• 3–5 years of nuclear sector experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Perform as an individual contributor with minimal guidance.
• Lead teams of engineers and provide mentorship on the job.
• Analyze with tools such as ANSYS, SAP2000, GT STRUDL, STAAD, LS-Dyna.
• Design buildings, foundations, equipment platforms, and pipe racks.
• Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NRC/DOE codes and Kiewit QA.
