Radiant is seeking a Senior Structures Engineer to design and develop critical concrete and precast structural systems supporting manufacturing and deployment sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years designing concrete or reinforced concrete structures.
• 4+ years structural analysis using hand calcs and finite element tools.

Responsibilities

• Own critical concrete structures such as spent fuel dry cask storage systems and precast elements.
• Conduct trade studies and develop designs to meet program requirements for static, thermal, and seismic loads.
• Perform detailed structural analysis (reinforced concrete, static strength, durability) and seismic qualification.
• Develop and execute construction, fabrication, and test plans for precast and cast-in-place concrete elements.
• Create and manage a Bill-of-Materials (BOM).
• Find and develop suppliers and fabricators for precast components.
• Own subassembly/structure design, fabrication, and test schedules.
• Own risk analysis (FMEA) for concrete structural subsystems.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines via clear communication.
