Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to define program scope and deliver high-quality structural solutions for nuclear or industrial facilities. You will provide leadership, oversee design and construction tasks, and guide teams to solve complex structural challenges.

Responsibilities include static/dynamic analysis, concrete and steel design, CSI specification prep, and vendor review, within SRNS processes. A PE license in Civil or Structural engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience in design and analysis of nuclear or industrial facilities.
• Working knowledge of STAAD.
• Working knowledge of National Codes and Standards such as IBC, AISC (ASD & LRFD), ACI, AWS, NFPA, OSHA.
• Proficiency with MicroStation CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and construction oversight of structural engineering tasks to SRNS.
• Analyze structural systems for static and dynamic loads using manual computation and computer programs.
• Design of concrete structures; design of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, timber and composite structures.
• Preparation of CSI specifications; and review of vendor documents.
• Engineering services shall be provided using SRNS processes and procedures.
