Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• New York State Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Strong understanding of NYC and New York State building codes.
• Experience managing clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage structural engineering projects from proposal through construction administration.
• Lead the preparation of structural plans, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as a representative of the firm.
• Perform field investigations to evaluate existing conditions and identify structural deficiencies.
• Conduct structural condition assessments, load ratings, and rehabilitation studies.
• Prepare written engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building materials and systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
