Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering; must be a registered professional engineer (PE).
• 12–20+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and structural design/drafting software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth.
• Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in clear, comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to project production and ensure QA/QC compliance to meet quality objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Engage with clients to understand technical needs and support business development by showcasing Olsson’s capabilities.
