Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with leadership of complex projects

Advanced knowledge of structural design codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)

Responsibilities

Lead structural design and analysis of complex projects.
Serve as Engineer of Record and approve designs, calculations, and specs.
Manage projects from concept to completion (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
Mentor engineers and staff; provide technical leadership.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients to meet project goals.
Prepare design criteria, technical reports, and construction documents.
Identify risks and develop proactive solutions for engineering challenges.
Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
