Qualifications

• Three years of work experience involving the use of non-registered professional structural engineering principles and techniques.
• Possession of a valid license as a professional structural engineer in the State of Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the development of project plans, reports, permits, specifications, and cost estimates for structural projects such as bridges and retaining walls.
• Participate in consultant selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project schedule, review consultant invoices, and prepare contract amendments as necessary.
