Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 6–14+ years of structural engineering and design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in Responsible Charge for deliverables.
- Experience with IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, AWC, and AISI codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for complex projects and temporary works.
- Provide technical leadership, oversee staff, and seal calculations where required.
- Perform quality control reviews and ensure code compliance.
- Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and project teams to deliver buildable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards and tools.
