Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a seasoned structural engineer to prepare analyses, designs, and cost estimates for DoD/Navy projects in a fast-paced setting. You will work on concrete, steel, timber, and masonry designs, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication and a track record with code-compliant design and project delivery, including Capital Improvement work for federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of structural engineering experience.
• Code-compliant structural facilities design experience for new construction, including renovations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses, calculations, designs, AutoCAD plans, specs, and cost estimates for various project delivery methods.
• Analyze vertical and lateral force-resisting systems, foundations, and retaining structures.
• Design with concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
• Support environmental and blast load analyses as needed.
• Evaluate materials and construction techniques for project fit.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
