Dennis Group is seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to join our industrial and commercial building practice in the United States. You will lead design efforts, perform hand calculations, create analysis models, draft drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, and coordinate with other disciplines on food facility projects nationwide.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, 8+ years of relevant experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel about 15 days per year.

Qualifikationen

• PE license required for professional engineer practice.
• 8+ years of structural experience in industrial and commercial buildings.
• Experience drafting sketches, contract drawings, and specs.
• Ability to travel about 15 days per year.

• Apply knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
• Lead hand calculations and create analysis models.

• Draft sketches, contract drawings, and specs using AutoCAD.
• Review project docs for conformity and QA.

• Lead in estimating construction costs with take offs.
• Conduct field inspections and prepare reports.
