Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Project Architect to support architectural design and facility programming for food and beverage processing facilities. You will collaborate with project managers, process designers, and engineers to develop spaces, layouts, and construction documents from proposal through construction administration.

The role requires a strong background in sanitary design and building methods, proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural projects.
• Licensed architect preferred; LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience with commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programming and concept development documentation to meet clients’ needs and budget.
• Establish budget, task schedule, and project work plan with the Project Manager.
• Execute agency reviews for codes, zoning and accessibility.
• Produce schematic, design development and construction documents with team coordination.
• Lead project team for document coordination and specifications.
• Perform construction administration duties and maintain client communications.
