Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural, or mechanical engineering with structural emphasis.
• 8+ years’ engineering experience in structural design, with a preference for fall protection.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure and CAD experience (Revit/Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Lead fall protection projects by analyzing and designing structural components.
• Manage internal teams, set priorities, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Perform QC reviews of calculations and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop fall protection layouts and coordinate with the existing structure.
• Coordinate projects with clients and attend meetings to address issues.
• Travel to various US locations as needed.
