Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
• 48
• PE license eligible (FL registration)
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience.
• At least 2 consecutive years with current employer.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee structural design for military and government facilities.
• Perform complex structural analysis and calculations.
• Prepare and review drawings using Revit, RISA, and TEDDS.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and uphold design standards.
