Qualifications

• Current Florida Professional Engineer license.
• 10+ years as structural engineer on large federal projects.
• Experience with coastal and high-wind design.
• Familiarity with RMS and MS Office.
• Experience with federal facilities and DoD projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional structural engineering and construction management support on federal projects.
• Lead design reviews and comment on contractor submissions.
• Ensure QA oversight and document findings; recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure safety oversight and enforce safety measures.
• Interpret contract provisions and report contractor progress.
• Recommend authorizations for progress payments based on progress.
