Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a structural engineer to develop drawings, specifications, and calculations across project design phases. You will collaborate with engineers, modelers, and external stakeholders to deliver accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD tools, including Tekla Structures.

The role includes leading construction administration activities, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and participating in site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a structural focus.
• 6+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• PE license required; SE license preferred; NCEES record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of drawings, specifications, and calculations during the design phase from concept to construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, modelers, detailers and external stakeholders to produce accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD tools, including Tekla Structures.
• Lead construction administration activities by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and participating in site visits as directed.
