AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for construction-focused roles in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The position emphasizes cast-in-place concrete work, coordinating with project teams from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and have hands-on, contractor-side experience with foundations, formwork, rebar, and sequencing, ensuring constructability and field execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor-side structural concrete construction.
• Hands-on experience with cast-in-place concrete, including foundations and superstructures.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret structural/architectural plans and specs.
• Experience collaborating with project teams, field personnel and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Review structures and construction documents for constructability and conflicts.
• Provide technical guidance for cast-in-place concrete construction and sequencing.
• Identify design or field conditions affecting production, schedule or cost.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support projects through preconstruction, field execution and completion.
• Translate engineering docs into practical requirements for concrete operations.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on structural concrete work.
