The position emphasizes cast-in-place concrete, coordination with project teams, and translating design docs into practical field requirements. The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and extensive contractor-side experience with foundations, formwork, rebar, and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Experience with cast-in-place concrete construction, including foundations and superstructures.
• Ability to review drawings and specs for constructability and sequencing.
• Experience working with project management, field teams, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review structural and architectural drawings for constructability and sequencing.
• Provide technical guidance for cast-in-place concrete construction, including foundations and formwork.
• Identify design and field conditions affecting production, schedule, or costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Support teams in evaluating construction means, methods, sequencing, and logistics.
• Review documents to identify constructability conflicts before field operations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on structural concrete work.
• Support projects across preconstruction, field execution, and completion.
• Translate engineering designs into practical construction requirements.
