Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Engineer - Buildings to lead structural design and team supervision on major projects. You will provide expert guidance, develop project plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient structures.

Ideal candidates have a PE or SE license, extensive design experience, and proficiency with Revit and Navisworks. A strong interest in data center design is a plus and exposure to proposals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Professional licensure as PE or equivalent is required or pending for location.
• Revit and Navisworks experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert in structural engineering for projects.
• Plan and develop projects or design activities.
• Supervise work of medium to large staff of professionals and technicians.
• Serve as Project Manager on larger projects where applicable.
• Perform other duties as needed.
