Links Technology Solutions, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Structural Engineer III to design, evaluate, and certify cutting-edge products across mission payloads and space systems.

You will analyze complex metallic and composite structures throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements include a BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil engineering, 6+ years experience, proficiency with CAE/FEA tools (MSC Patran, Nastran, FEMAP, ANSYS), fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (NASGRO/AFGROW), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with strong engineering principles.
• Proficiency with CAE/FEA tools and finite element analysis software (MSC Patran, Nastran, FEMAP, ANSYS).
• Experience in static/dynamic analyses, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (NASGRO/AFGROW).
• Ability to perform classical structural analysis with hand calculations and substantiation reports.
