Requirements

• Conduct analysis, design, and computer modelling of structures.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
• Produce plans, details, and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and manage construction administration.
• Lead and coordinate assignments with full responsibility.
• Develop engineering projects with unique or complex challenges.
• Act as a technical liaison within and outside the organization.
• Design structural systems/components in various materials and oversee projects from concept to construction.
• Participate in project, construction, client, and team meetings.
• Conduct facility assessments and write technical reports.
• Coordinate with other engineers, interns, CAD technicians, and disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
• 10-20 years of experience in Structural Engineering.
• PE and Structural Engineering (SE) license required.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (Bentley RAM products), 3D modelling software (REVIT and AutoCAD), Microsoft Excel, and BlueBeam.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of structural codes and standards (ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318).
• Experience in designing a wide range of structural materials and project types.
