Qualifications

  • PE license required or clearly demonstrated eligibility.
  • 7+ years of structural engineering experience relevant to infrastructure, water, energy, or transportation sectors.
  • Ability to manage projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, AISC and ACI standards.
  • Experience with steel, concrete, and industrial structures; mentoring skills desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and utility projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate with architects, contractors, and owners.
  • Review calculations, reports, and construction documents for accuracy and code compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers; support business development and client relationships.

The Opportunity

This position combines technical engineering, project management, mentoring, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:
