Candidates should hold a BS/MS in Civil/Structural Engineering, a Professional Engineering License, 8+ years of related experience, and strong communication, math, and project-management skills. Travel to client sites is expected.

BS/MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineering License.
8+ years of Structural Engineer experience with emphasis in concrete and steel.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
Proficient with relevant design software and computer analysis software (Autodesk products).
Proficient with writing and editing specifications and technical reports.
Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills.
Good communication ability (written and verbal); English proficiency.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

The Senior Structural Engineer is expected to provide expert technical competency through all phases of design, to include budgets and forecasting; verify structures for various engineering projects in major manufacturing environments; and create highly accurate designs to ensure the safety and physical integrity of buildings and other large structures. In this role, the senior structural engineer will spend time in our office and at clients' facilities for assessments, calculations, and observations. The position is highly detail-oriented, and the incumbent must be self-motivated, innovative, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
