Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are a dynamic full-service consulting engineering firm offering Civil & Environmental, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical services. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural group and drive excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $100K - $125K | 3 Weeks PTO | 401(k) Match | Medical + More

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the structural engineering department, mentoring junior engineers and managing project teams.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand needs, develop solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee the design and development of structural systems for a variety of projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
• Take full professional responsibility for all structural deliverables, including calculations, construction documents, and certifications.
• Manage sub-consultant teams and provide ongoing construction administration support.
  
  

What You Bring

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• PE license
• 7+ years of experience delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
