  • Communicate effectively with internal team members, external clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Contribute actively to a team culture focused on technical innovation, knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and collaborative problem‑solving.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; a Master’s degree with a structures focus is highly advantageous.
  • Two (2) or more years of progressive, hands‑on structural engineering experience within a consulting or design‑build environment.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or Engineer‑in‑Training (E.I.T.) certification with a clear path and eligibility to obtain a P.E. license.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry‑standard structural analysis and design software, including RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar platforms.
  • Practical, working knowledge of and experience with Revit Structure for the production of coordinated structural drawings and models.
  • Direct experience in the design of new building structures within the United States, with a strong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
