Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with the ability to design structural systems and components for various building types. The engineer will be responsible for developing structural calculations, drawings, and specifications from initial concept through bid documents and construction administration, ensuring conformance to required codes, standards, and client requirements.

The successful candidate will work with a team of designers, engineers, and architects to coordinate and develop designs of structural framing, foundation systems, and details; perform structural analysis of new and existing building structures; support MEP departments and architects on fit-out projects; review shop drawings and RFIs; perform site inspections and condition assessments; and provide consultation to clients for structural work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master's degree preferred).
• PE license with a minimum of 7–10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of current codes, standards, and practical application of structural steel and concrete building design engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (no longer than a week).
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
