H&H in Annapolis, MD seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead bridge design efforts and manage design teams on transportation projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge, field inspections, and the ability to prepare specifications and cost estimates.

Strong CAD skills in Microstation, Open Roads Designer, and AutoCAD are essential. Ideal candidates will have a PE license, 10+ years in bridge-focused transportation projects, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in transportation projects with a focus on bridge design.
• Experience with conceptual, preliminary, and final design plans for bridges per Federal and State codes.
• Experience with performing bridge load ratings.
• Ability to lead a design team and manage small groups and projects.
• Detail- and goal-oriented, a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop CAD drawings in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to develop proposals, schedules and manage tasks independently.

Benefits

• Salary Range- $135,000-$175,000 annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
