Seeking a licensed professional with a master's in structural/civil/architectural engineering and 12–20+ years of experience, including leadership of engineers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in structural, civil, or architectural engineering with emphasis on structural work.
• 12–20+ years of related experience with at least four years supervising technical personnel.
• Registered Professional Engineer with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for complex structural design projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Execute high-level analysis and review of project documents for compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement standards and guidelines for engineering activities.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical aspects are completed on time and within budget.
