Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Structural Engineer to design transit-related structures and coordinate complex projects across the U.S. You will produce reports, drawings and BoQ while ensuring safety and code compliance.

This role involves collaboration with multiple offices and periodic travel within the United States. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years in design-build, and a PE license (GA/NC/TN/LA reciprocity).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years design-build experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• PE license preferred in GA, NC, TN or LA with reciprocity possible.

Responsibilities

• Design transit-related structures per codes (AASHTO, CSA-S6, AISC, ACI).
• Prepare technical notes, drawings, BoQ and specs.
• Coordinate, supervise, and QA/QC structural designs and models.
• Provide technical support at construction sites and issue inspection reports.
