The Senior Structural Demolition Project Manager leads complex demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex structural or heavy demolition projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Ability to coach and develop project teams and manage risk.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Vista Viewpoint or B2W preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and teams to improve performance.
• Develop demolition approaches, sequencing, logistics, and resource plans.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect profitability.
• Coordinate with Operations, HSE, engineers, and subcontractors on plans and permits.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost-to-complete projections.
