Job Responsibilities

Actively drive sales growth within the defined territory; develop regional strategic initiatives for the PythonX brand, sub-brands, and product solution portfolio as assigned.

Essential Functions
  • Participate in and contribute to achieving profitable sales and driving growth.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle towards portfolio WINS.
  • Develop strategies leveraging the value proposition to sell at a premium.
  • Provide regular market assessments regarding competitors’ value propositions, innovations, and activities.
  • Assess wins and losses, communicate analytically to managers, and provide feedback for product and sales strategy improvements.
  • Build relationships within existing and prospective client bases, as well as with Lincoln Electric's sales network, managers, partners, and distribution networks.
  • Build long-term relationships supporting the client’s purchase decision throughout the sales cycle.
  • Travel as required, with a minimum of 25%, and more if needed or directed.
  • Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings, regional trade group meetings, and client events as required.
  • Use Salesforce actively and accurately to track activities and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on marketing initiatives to improve messaging and effectiveness.
  • Conduct site demonstrations and presentations for clients at PythonX or Lincoln Electric facilities.
  • Share knowledge with the team to strengthen collective abilities and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on workload.
