Job Title: Palo Alto Cybersecurity Sales Specialist

Location: 100% remote, must be in the region of Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, TX / or / Atlanta, GA / or / Northeast (NJ, PA, NY, CT, DE).

Role Type: Full-time hire

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in a cybersecurity service sales role
  • Familiarity with major cybersecurity technologies, including Palo Alto, and ability to be a SME for these tools from a sales perspective
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders on all levels - from CISOs, to security tool vendors, to technical workforce. Ability to talk strategy and technical.
  • Prior experience closing at least $25M in TCV per year
  • Located in one of the specified regions: Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, TX / or / Atlanta, GA / or / Northeast USA

The ideal candidate will drive additional revenue growth specific to our client's cybersecurity solutions & services line. You will partner with multiple teams to identify areas of opportunity to position cybersecurity solutions and services, create compelling solutions to secure sales, and pursue cybersecurity deals with innovative technical and commercial models.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Cybersecurity business growth and pipeline generation in partnership with the sales leaders
  • Responsible for sales enablement within sales account teams
  • Partner with account teams to identify, solve, and close opportunities within the account base
  • Responsible for training and educating vertical and horizontal sales teams
  • Drive solutions for managed services opportunities collaborating with offshore teams
  • Articulate the cybersecurity solution and value proposition to clients, especially in large managed services / IT outsourcing engagements
  • Engage in proactive conversations on current trends, client landscape, and security challenges
