Job summary

Concrete Industries, Inc. is seeking a Structural Concrete Project Manager to lead supervision and coordination of precast structural and architectural concrete projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, review contractual obligations, and manage project documentation, schedules, and material needs while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 3 years of Project Management experience in structural concrete or similar industry.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the coordination of precast structural and architectural concrete projects.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Reviews contractual obligations during bidding and ensures conformance throughout the duration of the project.
• Coordinates with engineers, detailers, and procurement during bidding, contracts, production and deliveries.
