Job summary

Concrete Industries, Inc. is seeking a Structural Concrete Project Manager to join our team in Lincoln, NE.

This role supervises and coordinates precast structural and architectural concrete projects from bidding through delivery, ensuring conformance to specifications and safety standards. You will work with architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and manage field communication to resolve site issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 3 years of Project Management experience in structural concrete or similar industry.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.
• Oversees the coordination of precast structural and architectural concrete projects.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Reviews contractual obligations during bidding and ensure conformance throughout the duration of the project.
• Coordinates with in house and subcontracted engineers and detailers during bidding, contracts, production and deliveries.
