V3 Companies is looking for a Structural Building Engineer to join its team in Woodridge or Chicago, IL. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules and involves performing structural permit reviews, small-scale designs for building repairs, and supporting the Structural Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of building design and/or permit review experience.
• Inclusion on current Chicago Structural Peer Reviewer list is a plus.
• Ability to perform occasional building inspection work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Chicago Department of Buildings structural permit reviews.
• Provide small-scale design of structural building repairs/renovations.
• Provide general support for the Structural Group.
