Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of bridge engineering and PM experience.
• MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE license in VA required; MD optional.
• Experience with VDOT/MDOT SHA; design-build a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering staff on transportation projects.
• Plan and coordinate engineering documents and activities for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and design-build teams.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Support business development and client interviews.
• Participate in hiring and performance reviews.
