Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural engineering (MS preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in structural and bridge projects.
• Virginia Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or obtainable within 1–2 years.
• Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications; VDOT/MD SHA standards preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenBridge Designer, Leap Bridge Concrete, CSiBridge or similar tools preferred.
• Proficiency using CADD (MicroStation preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to deliver high-quality projects.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
