Qualifications

15+ years of bridge engineering and project management.
MS Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
PE license in VA required.
Experience with VDOT/MDOT SHA or equivalent.
Design-build experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead structural engineering staff during pursuit and delivery of transportation projects.
Plan and coordinate preparation of engineering documents for multiple structural projects.
Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and design-build contractors.
Manage project budgets and schedules.
Contribute to business development and workload growth.
Participate in hiring and performance reviews.
