Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Senior Project Manager to lead major bridge design projects in Western PA. The role requires 15+ years of bridge experience, PA PE license, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction, including client communications and proposals.

You will mentor staff, participate in business development, and work in a collaborative, client-focused environment at one of America's leading engineering firms.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; MS in Structural Engineering preferred.
• PA PE license required.
• Minimum 15 years of bridge/transportation project experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design of simple and complex bridges.
• Manage all phases of project development including planning, scheduling, inspection, analysis, design, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with clients to complete assignments.
• Participate in business development and proposal development.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
