Mannik Smith Group is seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer in Camden, NJ, to lead technical bridge projects. You will oversee design delivery, QA/QC processes, and coordinate with various teams while mentoring junior engineers.
The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering, a P.E. license, and at least 12 years of experience in bridge and transportation project delivery, preferably within New Jersey.

Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 / year
Artheon is a New Jersey–based, multidisciplinary consulting firm delivering transportation infrastructure for public and private sector clients throughout the region. Our structural group supports complex bridge programs—from replacements and widenings to retaining structures and staged construction—frequently for New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA). We’re growing and looking for a senior technical leader to help elevate our bridge practice, mentor our team, and deliver high quality designs on schedule. As a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer, you will lead the structural design and delivery of bridges, walls, and related transportation structures; oversee analysis and plan production; drive QA/QC; and coordinate with highway, traffic, geotechnical, and water resources teams as well as subconsultants and clients.
The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
