Qualifications

• At least 4 years of degree required, preferably in related fields.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Strong skills in managing projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, design, and delivery of bridge projects.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Prepare proposals and manage client relationships.
• Oversee project teams to meet standards and deadlines.

Skills

Registered PE in the State of Florida

15 years of related Bridge design experience

Experience in pursuing and managing multi-discipline projects

Client Relationships with FDOT

Good oral and written communications skills

Education

Minimum BS in Civil or Structural Engineering

MS preferred
