Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least seven years of related experience required.
• Proficient in FEA with ANSYS Workbench/APDL.
• Strong knowledge of structural dynamics and vibrations.
• Experience with MATLAB and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis with FEA to validate designs.
• Calculate static, dynamic, seismic, wind, and thermal loads.
• Ensure compliance with military specs and material standards.
• Develop and optimize structural models for components.
• Collaborate with design engineers and project managers.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Oversee prototype testing and validate results.
• Maintain material property and test data databases.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
