Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, aerospace, aeronautical or materials).
• 9+ years' related experience or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of aircraft structure, materials strength and properties, design and manufacturing requirements
• Experience setting criteria for certification, testing and loads/analysis
• Mentoring of engineers and direction of work across platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Structures Engineers developing test plans and configurations for structural testing.
• Support test execution and analyze results to validate structure meets requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and stakeholders and align with ASIP.
• Mentor and provide technical support as required.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
