Job summary

The Boeing Company in St. Charles, Missouri is seeking a Senior Structural and Payload Design Engineer to join the Direct Attack Structural and Mechanical Design team within PES.

You will develop, modify, and integrate mechanical and structural systems using NX and other 3-D CAD tools, ensuring robust designs and GD&T compliance across the lifecycle, while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, or Materials) and typically 9+ years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or eligible is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish the system design.
• Develops and modifies structural and interior payload designs using NX and other tools throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure GD&T (ASME Y14.5M) standards are applied and verified.
• Coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and meet program goals.
• Provide engineering support during fabrication, integration and test of structure products.
