The City of Chandler Public Works & Utilities Department seeks a Street Maintenance Senior Technician – CDL for the Right of Way / Alley crew. This is a regular full-time position with a 4/10 schedule: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday.

Responsibilities include skilled maintenance and repair of city streets, alleys, medians and related concrete features, with heavy equipment operation and safety compliance. A Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement is required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience with street maintenance or civil construction is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement within 6 months of hire or promotion.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair of city streets, rights-of-way, alleys, medians and related concrete features.
• Operate heavy equipment as required and ensure safe, efficient work practices.
• Respond to hazards and perform appropriate repairs in compliance with regulations and specifications.
