Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience, staffing or complex SaaS implementations.
- Proven ability to configu re and optimize ATS/CRM projects.
- Experience consulting with small to mid-sized staffing agencies.
- Experience leading implementation and configuration within a defined design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Solution Owner on design and execute major functional area configurations.
- Lead detailed business process mapping sessions to identify pain points and target-state processes.
- Deliver operational optimization projects within defined parameters.
- Provide technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests.
- Engage with PM/SO and consult with Data Engineer to ensure alignment with data needs.
